Green Brigade deliver title reminder in throwback

The Green Brigade have shared a message as they share a throwback of the 2-1 win victory over Rangers in 2008. Despite being under serious pressure going into the game knowing that Rangers would be in an all but unassailable lead at the top of the league, Gordon Strachan’s side won in dramatic circumstances.

On the North Curve Celtic Twitter/X account, the group shared photos of their display from that evening – calling on fans to ‘Keep The Faith’.

In a message, the group called on the Celtic supporters to do the same this season.

“The fans kept the faith and saw Celtic over the line that night, and that season – we have the same responsibility this season.”

Celtic have a four point lead but Rangers have a game in hand. After the fixtures were released today, Brendan Rodgers and his side will be focused on maintaining a run of form and winning their five games in the split and delivering another title to Paradise.
