Green Brigade Thank Celtic Support For Last Season

The Green Brigade Ultras produced stunning visual tifo displays at no fewer than 32 matches last season and some fixtures included more than one display at that.

Of course the two full stadium displays will live long in the memory, on flag day and trophy day. However, there were also a number of amazing visuals, primarily supporting the team, but also striking workers and refugees, raising awareness of oppressed people’s plights and remembering our own Irish history. There were some protests against royalty and tories added into the mix, with some well wishes for people going through tough times too.

There was a real range of colour, pyrotechnics and banners.

None of this would have been possible without the financial donations and full participation of the Celtic support.

The Green Brigade have released the following statement to show their appreciation to all Celtic supporters for making this season possible with their generosity and will to get involved.

We look forward to seeing what the group can produce next season.
