Griffiths Fronts Programme

Leigh Griffiths has been on an incredible journey over the last year. From tackling mental health issues to developing a superb partnership with Odsonne Edouard, it has been a remarkable story for the Celtic striker.

Griffiths scored his first goal for the club against tonight’s opponent’s (Heart of Midlothian) and tonight the boyhood Hibs fan is looking to edge closer to a place in Celtic’s top 20 goalscorers list. With four goals in six games, Leigh has overtaken John Hartson’s 110 goals for the club and finds himself 22nd on the Celtic goal charts. He is now just two strikes shy of the legendary Johnny Campbell in 21st and six behind Bobby Collins in 20th spot.

Leigh Griffiths features on the front cover of the matchday programme this evening and, according to the official Celtic Twitter account, an exclusive interview with the striker can be found inside.
