Highlights: Gustaf Lagerbielke’s late header gives Celtic Champions League win

Celtic signed off their European campaign with a 2-1 win against Feyenoord during the week. The Scottish Champions have been impressive in their home games this season but had just one point to show for the games against Lazio and Atletico Madrid. However, when Feyenoord arrived in Glasgow’s East End for a game that would not alter the positions in the standings.

Celtic played well against the Dutch side with a Luis Palma goal separating the sides at the break. The Honduran had the opportunity after Liam Scales was fouled in the penalty box. The Rotterdam team had a few chances to get level but Joe Hart and the woodwork, as well as a block from Callum McGregor, kept the Dutch side out until the final ten. When they scored at the back post.

With 90 minutes on the clock, Celtic found a way after Alistair Johnston clipped the ball into the Matt O’Riley, who took the ball down and floated it up to the back post for Lagerbielke to nod the ball into the net.
