“I Believe in Miracles” – Watch all TEN Celtic goals, Title Battle now has a Love Street feel about it

I had the pleasure to be at the Celtic v Forfar Farmington match at a sunny K-Park yesterday afternoon – surprisingly none of the other ‘Bhoys’ in the fans media tool up their invitation to attend, but respect to the Ghirls who were there to cheer o the team.

Fran Alonso’s Celtic team needed to win by TEN clear goals to go to the top of the SWPL for the first time this season? No wonder they were blasting ‘I Believe in Miracles’ from the home dressing room just before the teams emerged. The players certainly do believe and the miracle in now on for next Sunday.

Here’s how the table looks this afternoon. Celtic are away to Motherwell (who lost 6-0 yesterday to theRangers) while Glasgow City (6-2 winners at Spartans) play theRangers.

City need a point to win the league and if they get any sort of result that means Celtic qualify for the Champions League alongside Glasgow City.

theRangers need to beat City (as they have already done this season) and hope Motherwell can do them a favour by getting at least a draw at home to Celtic.

Celtic need to win to guarantee Champions League football without considering results elsewhere. However if theRangers win and so do Celtic – say by a few clear goals – then we’ll be Champions! Love Street, May 1986 anyone?

Here’s how Celtic Ghirls piled the pressure on Glasgow City yesterday. OUTSTANDING.
