Kyogo completes Treble at Celtic Player of the Year Awards

Kyogo Furuhashi has been named as Celtic’s Player of the Year after a stunning campaign. The Japanese striker also picked up the Players’ Player of the Year award, which is voted for by his colleagues.

In 46 appearances this season, Kyogo has scored 30 goals and assisted 5 times. The striker also boasts a stunning record of scoring five goals in a row against Rangers, which included the brace in the League Cup Final – which Celtic won 2-1.

The player picked up a Treble of awards as he earned the Goalscorer of the Season award.

Kyogo and the rest of his teammates at the Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow will be looking forward to the Scottish Cup Final on June 3rd. This will allow Ange Postecoglou’s side to complete a Treble, which would be a record 8th Treble.
