Celtic today launched the ‘Back for the Future” season ticket campaign which includes a 5% price increase but maintains the £50 kids tickets with actor and Celtic supporter Martin Compston joining Brendan Rodgers in the accompanying promotional video which you can watch below…
“There are moments in football when your heart is filled with anticipation. When the future is unwritten and full of promise. That moment is now. We’re back, for the future,” the Celtic message states.
“The future is bright for Celtic Football Club, and we look forward to you joining us as we write the next chapter in the club’s history.

“Season Ticket holders are the heartbeat of the club, so make sure you come back next season for the unmissable moments, for the cause, for the victories and for the legends. Come back for the world-famous atmosphere, for the friends you’ve made along the way and for the memories yet to be created.
“Come back for the future – to witness the games that will be etched into history, to see icons as they’re made and to guarantee your bragging rights: ‘I was there.’

Jota is back, slotting into his place on the wing as if he was never gone. Kieran Tierney will be back this summer, a home-grown talent who is Celtic through and through. Will you join them?”

Yes will be the answer from the vast majority of season-ticket holders and for any that aren’t taken up there’s a waiting list of around 7000 ready to take their chance that they have waited for to get their own season ticket to Paradise.

So what’s your season ticket going to cost for season 2025/26? The cheapest adult season ticket now costs £608, that an increase of £49 from last season when you paid £579. Over 65s tickets start at £376 and the kids ticket remains fixed at £50 with no price increase.

Celtic supporters will of course renew, there will be a few moans and groans about the price increase but that’s to be expected. The supporters on the waiting list will be desperate to get their chance and as long as demand significantly outstrips supply there is every reason to expect Celtic to do something to increase the capacity at Celtic Park by extending or rebuilding the main stand.
Build it and we will come!
