It is good to see Lennon defending Rodgers and the team after what has been a difficult few months, especially after the transfer window.
The Scottish Champions are top of the league and have enjoyed their role at the top of the tree despite some poor displays. Rodgers has also managed two wins against Rangers, with one against Michael Beale and one against Clement.
Celtic’s performances need to improve in order to retain the Premiership title. Rodgers will be keen for improvements to his team as they look to win both the league and the Scottish Cup.
