New deal in the offing for Matt O’Riley, let’s hope he accepts and Reo Hatate is next…
Fresh on knocking back a £10million bid for Matt O’Riley, Celtic are now looking to tie him down on a long term contract. The club are hoping Matt joins Kyogo, Daizen Maeda, Callum McGregor and Liel Abada in committing his long term future in Glasgow.
Matt has been superb in the first few games of the campaign. He looks like he is going to flourish under the guidance of Brendan Rodgers and getting him tied down on a longer deal will be seen as a great piece of business by the club.
Signing new players is great but so is keeping our star players. Hopefully Matt signs and joins a list of players committing their future to the club. It benefits both the player and the club in the long term.
Next up is Reo Hatate and with players such as Kyogo, Callum, Daizen Liel and hopefully Matt, it can persuade Reo to also commit his future to the club. The feel good factor is back and if these two sign new deals it will go through the roof.
Celtic are expected to offer midfielder Matt O’Riley improved terms & an extension on his contract.

O’RILEY misses too many chances. Let him move on.
Same applies to Abada.
The fuck ye on about above?
The bhoy’s absolute proven quality; a baller, a digger, and a scoring midfielder.
Get him tied down, because Ange and Spurs will be in Jan/summer, he’ll possibly make the Danish Euro squad, and we’ll get 25 million for him.
