Celtic attacker Nicolas Kühn is hoping that his form with the Scottish Champions can continue to impress Julian Naglesmann. The German manager admitted that he was keeping tabs on the 24-year-old after an impressive start to the season.
Naglesmann stated Kühn was a player on the German National Team’s radar during the recent International break.
“Kuhn is also a good player with a lot of desire. He’s someone we’re keeping an eye on.”
Speaking to Sky Sports, Kühn admitted that he was flattered by the German boss’ interest but that he was focused on Celtic.
“Yeah, really good. I think that’s what we play for. The focus is now on Celtic, but of course that’s a goal of mine.
“I said a couple of years ago already the goal is to play in the national team. The first goal was the Champions League, I made that dream come true and yeah, we will see.”
🍀 Thoughts on Kuhn’s season so far, Celtic fans?

After signing from Rapid Vienna back in January, Kühn took some time to adapt but really hit the ground running this season. The German has scored ten goals and assisted on eleven occasions in all competitions, including a brace against RB Leipzig.
Kühn’s displays have caught the eye of Brentford and Fulham as well as Naglesmann. The German, however, will be more interested in Celtic’s trip to Tynecastle to face Hearts this Saturday night.
