The talismanic striker was a cult hero during his time in Glasgow, often frustrating yet inspiring the Celtic support. The lofty forward joined Celtic on-loan from Manchester City in 2008 before sealing a permanent switch later that year, after winning his first league title. Samaras left the club in 2014, having played 249 games, scoring 74 times. In his time at the club, he won four league titles, two Scottish cups and one League Cup.
