Carl Starfelt has been included in the SPFL Team of the Week after another commanding display at the back for Celtic. Despite a shaky start to life in the Hoops due to a makeshift defensive partnership, Starfelt has visibly improved with the pressures of playing under Ange Postecoglou.

The player is moving the ball a lot quicker than when he first arrived from Rubin Kazan. He appears to read the game extremely well and looks assured both in and out of possession. Celtic have managed to sign a top player and the return of Christopher Jullien will only inspire Starfelt to another level. The Swede will be delighted that he has had the opportunity to prove his doubters wrong with some solid displays.
