Celtic’s Jota has been included in the SPFL Team of the Week after scoring in Celtic’s win over Aberdeen. The 22-year-old linked up with Callum McGregor to smash the ball beyond Joe Lewis in the Dons nets.
Jota is the only Celtic included but his inclusion speaks to the incredible consistency that he has shown since signing on a loan-to-buy deal from Benfica.

Jota has scored 8 and assisted 6 times in 17 appearances since arriving in the summer. Celtic fans are eager for the club to exercise the option to buy the player but Ange has said that the club will only pull the trigger if they think that it is right for both the player and the club.
