Photo Of The Day: Celtic End Colourful Display

Today’s photo of the day revisits some of the Jungle Bhoys ‘ displays in the 2000s. The designs have a beautiful simplicity about them, providing great colour and brilliant banners. It was a fantastic sight, seeing the entire Jock Stand stand awash with green and white, and tributes to club legends and iconic moments.

The Celtic End initiative could see a repeat of these scenes on a regular basis. The full stand displays could come back, with the Bhoys and Green Brigade being situated behind the goal rather than in the corners.

Whatever your thoughts on the Celtic End proposal and all its pros and cons, this is one attractive aspect of the idea.

That debate will be had in due course. For now, enjoy those great bits of art from the Jungle Bhoys. They paved the way for what would follow.
