Photo Of The Day: The Moment We’ve Been Waiting For

Today’s photo of the day is rooted in excitement – the moment we’ve been waiting for, You’ll Never Walk Alone being sung, scarves aloft, ahead of a Champions League group stage match.

It has been four and a half long years since Celtic Park last experienced such a scene, when the Hoops lost 1-0 to Anderlecht on 5 December 2017. That result was enough to secure third spot though, ensuring Celtic earned a chance in the Europa League knockout stages.

Ange has quickly built an exciting team, and victory in the Scottish Premier League last season has given Celtic automatic entry to the Champions League groups.

We can’t wait to sample that famous atmosphere and see if the team can pull of a few upsets.
