Celtic travel to Dingwall this afternoon as they face Ross County. The Scottish Champions return to domestic duty following the international break and Ange’s team will be hoping to pick up where they left off in what is always a difficult fixture.
Team News
Ange has confirmed that James Forrest remains out injured. The winger is joined by Tony Ralston and Liel Abada in the treatment room. Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate and Aaron Mooy are potential doubts for the game, having picked up knocks before the break. Greg Taylor, who missed International duty due to an injury, is fit once again.
Joe Hart will start in goals. The Englishman will likely have a back four in front of him of Alistair Johnston, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Carl Starfelt and Taylor.
Callum McGregor played 180 minutes for Scotland but he will play the deep lying role in the centre of the midfield. With Mooy and Hatate doubts, Matt O’Riley and David Turnbull would be expected to come in. However, Tomoki Iwata could stake a claim for a starting berth.
Kyogo will start through the middle with Jota and Sead Haksabanovic likely to start in the wide areas.
Predicted XI: Hart; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; McGregor, Turnbull, O’Riley; Jota, Kyogo, Haksabanovik.
