Scottish Cup Quarter Finals – Celtic drawn away to Hearts in both draws

Both Scottish Cup quarter final draws have just taken place and Fran Alonso and Ange Postecoglou will be taking their respective Celtic  teams through to Edinburgh next month to take on Hearts.

The women’s draw was first up and the teams came out the hat as follows…

Glasgow Women v Motherwell Women

theRangers Women v Hibs Women

Hearts Women v CELTIC FC WOMEN

Kilmarnock Women v Glasgow City

Then shortly afterwards it was the mens draw and once again Celtic have a trip to Edinburgh to play Hearts at Tynecastle.

The draw for the men’s Scottish Cup quarter finals is as follows…

Inverness Caley Thistle v Kilmarnock

Hearts v CELTIC

theRangers v Raith Rovers

Darrell or Falkirk v Ayr Utd

Ties will take place over the weekend of Saturday, 11 March with both Celtic ties likely to be selected for live broadcast on television. This was the first time ever that both quarter final draws for men and women were held at the same time and this year both finals will be held at the national stadium, Hampden Park.

Hopefully Fran Alonso and Ange Postecoglou will be there to see their Celtic teams lift the two Scottish Cups.
