‘Should Edouard have started? Is Trojan an upgrade on Lustig? Worrying injuries’…Celtic Fans TV latest

WE don’t have the usual post match thoughts from David Potter today as he missed yesterday’s match against Aberdeen as he was involved in an amateur operatics! “I don’t think I missed a huge treat,” David said this morning. Yes, it wasn’t a bad game to miss and it was flaming freezing too!

Some other Celtic supporters who were at the game spoke to Celtic Fans TV shortly after the final whistle.

“A lacklustre performance from the Hoops was met with dogged Aberdeen defending and we were unable to break them down to find a goal,” Celtic Fans TV noted.

Topics discussed include the poor performance against Aberdeen, should Edouard have started? (YES!),
what about Toljan? Is he an upgrade on Lustig who was actually gets one or two assists in recent home games? Have the injury problems finally caught up with Celtic and who was the Man of the Match?

Check out the latest from Celtic Fans TV below.

A few of the comments on added to You Tube are below…

“Can’t play Bitton with Brown he’s too slow on the ball. One or the other not both. Would love to see players start taken men on instead of aimless passes.”

“We’re badly missing Callum, Rogic and Christie in that midfield.”

“I don’t get this love for Burke, he’s very one dimensional. Weah should have replaced him a lot sooner.”

“Burke has a touch like an amputee elephant! Anyone saying Celtic should pay £13m for him is smoking some seriously strong sh*t.”

“This summer going to need a lot of work. Lawwell better stop being a pr*ck and spend decent amount of money on this squad. Patience has worn thin among the Celtic supporters.”

“We took it for granted today. Still 8 points clear.”

“We need to stop playing side to side all the time, we miss McGregor big time. Toljan is not the answer, so many poor final passes today. Title was over if we won today, that was a good crowd should have been up for it more I feel.”

“Playing against a parked bus with hatchet men on board with time wasting tactics.Bitton was rank rotten.”

“Hopefully get league done ASAP, big summer recruitment and clear out needed.”

“Disappointing…a chance to go 10 clear. Didn’t like team selected from start. Didn’t like subs at half time. Just me maybe…but will still win the league.”

“Aberdeen have a strong defence and they played for a draw from start to finish.”

“Don’t think we can judge Lennon too soon. He’s only 5 minutes in the door. Not sure I would give anyone pass marks. Passing from everyone really poor. Toljan is not an improvement on Lustig. If Edouard is fit he should be starting every match particular the bigger games like this one. Burke isn’t a striker.”
