Show Racism the Red Card, arse-lickers for Scotland’s Shame

So the Show Racism the Red Card spokesperson said: “We fully support Shay Logan and will be asking the SFA and SPFL to investigate any claims of racism by Celtic supporters towards him.

This relates to the second racism claim by Logan at Celtic Park. The stunning coincidence in both of these incidents is that only Logan heard them.

He called Racism against a Celtic player – no-one on or off the park could back him up, including all of his teammates – yet the SFA believed him and convicted a player on the Balance of Probabilities.

A long ban was issued and a career at Celtic effectively ended.

Logan, in matches against Celtic, continually tries to provoke a response from the support. At Pittodrie he gets abuse from the travelling support for his behaviour but sadly for him it’s never racist abuse.

One thing is for sure is that if just one supporter shouted out something of that nature then Logan would be telling the world about it.

At the recent game at Celtic Park he was at the centre of the Aberdeen penalty box when the full-time whistle went – a long way from the North Stand.

He made his way towers Mikael Lustig and abused him before running alongside the north stand towards the centre of the park, making rude and abusive gestures towards tens of thousands of people. He then got involved with Boyata who threw a ball at him and then Logan got sent off.

No Celtic player was booked for this incident. Logan celebrated the win in a nasty fashion by trying to do a ‘get it right up ye!’ thing to the Celtic players and support.

None of the other Aberdeen players found it necessary to act in this manner, they shook hands and went towards their own supporters who had made that long journey down to Glasgow 6 times to face Brendan Rodgers’ side and had seen five previous defeats.

So the Aberdeen support deserved the applause they got from their own players – all except the clown Logan who was too busy trying to provoke a reaction.

What we have never read is this, just after the sickening racist abuse suffered by Scotty Sinclair at Ibrox that was caught by the television cameras and resulted in a criminal conviction, not on the balance of probabilities but beyond reasonable doubt, the much sterner standard of proof required in the criminal courts.

No Show Racism the Red Card spokesperson ever said: “We fully support Scotty Sinclair and will be asking the SFA and SPFL to investigate any claims of racism by Rangers supporters towards him.

Their ‘brought it on himself’ claim concerning what Brendan Rodgers said about the incident last week, not only misquotes the Celtic manager but points to an agenda within this organisation, which the blogger James Forrest said is more likely to Show Racism the Red Carpet when it comes to Ibrox.

On the same day Logan was making an arse of himself at Celtic Park and getting sent off for his trouble, Neil Lennon was being subjected to sustained and sickening sectarian abuse at Easter Road. Not even a mention of this from these people, arse lickers for Scotland’s Shame.
