Former Aston Villa striker and Celtic supporter Stan Collymore has reacted to the rumour that Brendan Rodgers’ side are interested in Louie Barry. The 21-year-old has been recalled by Unai Emery after another impressive spell with Stockport County in EFL League 1.
Reacting to Pete O’Rourke’s update that Celtic are interested in a permanent deal in the attacker, Collymore provided a ringing endorsement for the player.

The Scottish Champions have also been attempting to woo Mason Melia, the St Patrick’s Athletic forward. The 17-year-old earned the FAI Young Player of the Year award and was invited to Celtic last week to visit the facilities as Brendan looks to impress the attacker.
