It’s going to be fascinating to see how much Karamoko Dembele can develop in the next few years.
He’s clearly got all the talent in the world and he showed with his goal against Hibs recently that he could make an impact in the league, but he still looks like a kid playing with adults.
That does mean Lenny needs to be careful with him and it’s important he doesn’t end up getting roughed up by physical players who can’t match his talent, but he also needs to play at the top level to further his development.
It’s also becoming clear that he’s being noticed by some big names in the game, after Barcelona star Antoine Griezmann went out of his way to praise him on Instagram recently.
Recent Dortmund signing Jude Bellingham was also among the comments to show his praise, but The Sun reported that Griezmann also showed up in the comments with some praise in emoji form for the youngster.
It shows that his reputation is growing and some big names are taking notice, so hopefully he gets to play a bit more this season.
