Team’s Up – 3-5-2 but No Jozo as Christie Returns

Neil Lennon has named his team for today’s Scottish Cup final quarter final against St Johnstone. Following the dismal result in the Europa League on Thursday, the Celtic manager promised supporters that the players would rise to the occasion at McDiarmid Park.

At the back, Fraser Forster starts in goals with a defensive three of Nir Bitton, Kris Ajer and Christopher Jullien. With Jozo Simunovic dropping out of the squad all together.

With a five in midfield, Neil Lennon welcomes back Ryan Christie to the side as Moi Elyounoussi drops out from the team that was beaten by Copenhagen. On the left, Greg Taylor starts with James Forrest on the right.

Scott Brown starts beside Callum McGregor while Tom Rogic drops to the bench in the centre of the park.

In attack, Odsonne Edouard is joined by Leigh Griffiths as Celtic look to book their place in the Scottish Cup semi-finals.

On the bench for Celtic: Scott Bain, Hatem Abd Elhamed, Jeremie Frimpong, Tom Rogic, Jonny Hayes, Vakoun Bayo and Patryk Klimala
