Team’s Up – 352 is back, Barkas returns and Ajeti, Edouard starts

NEIL LENNON has named his team for this afternoon’s game versus Ross County, live on Premier Sports. The Scottish Champions and holders of the league cup since 2016 have just two wins in nine games and the manager needs a big performance from his players as they look to book a place in the Last Eight.

He promised to make some changes from the side that was humiliated by Sparta Prague in the Europa League on Thursday and has followed through with that promise.

In goals, Vasilis Barkas makes his return. Scott Bain takes his place on the bench having conceded sixteen goals in seven games allowing the Greek International to stake a claim for the No.1 jersey once again.

In defence, Lennon has opted to go with Christopher Jullien, Kris Ajer, Nir Bitton in central defence with Diego Laxalt and Hatem Abd Elhamed as wingbacks.

In midfield, Scott Brown captains the side and he is joined by Ryan Christie and Tom Rogic.

In attack, Odsonne Edouard starts with Albian Ajeti after scoring a fine goal in the Czech Republic. The 22-year-old will be hoping for more service than he received in Prague as he looks to get back to his best form.

On the bench for Celtic: Bain, Duffy, Taylor, Klimala, Elyounoussi, Ntcham, McGregor, Henderson and Ralston.

Come on Celtic!
