Team’s Up – Donovan and Saracchi start, debut for Tounekti

Brendan Rodgers has named his starting XI and substitutes for today’s 3pm kick-off in the Scottish Premiership at Rugby Park against Kilmarnock as the Champions look to re-establish themselves as league leaders after Hearts moved three points ahead with a 2-0 win at Ibrox against theRangers yesterday afternoon.

Kasper Schmeichel is in goals and the Celtic back four comprises of Colby Donovan, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Liam Scales and Marcelo Saracchi. In the middle of the park the Celtic captain Callum McGregor is joined by Reo Hatate and Benjamin Nygren and the front three from Celtic are Michel-Ange Balikwisha, Daizen Maeda and Sebastian Tounekti.

Kick-off is at 3pm and the sizeable number of Celtic supporters will enter the stadium at 3.12pm as the team’s ’12th man’ makes a point that the Celtic Board would do well to heed.

If Killie fans sign ‘Champions League, you’re having a laugh’ please feel free to join in!
