Team’s Up – Iheanacho starts with McCowan, Saracchi and Maeda

Brendan Rodgers has named his Celtic team for this afternoon’s game against Hibs. The manager has made a number of changes from the team that drew away to Red Star in the Europa League.

The manager appears to have an eye on the midweek clash with Portuguese side Braga. Daizen Maeda retains his space but moves out to the wing.

Kasper Schmeichel starts in goals.

Tony Ralston comes into the team alongside the centre half pairing of Cameron Carter-Vickers and Liam Scales. Marcelo Saracchi starts at left back.

Callum McGregor captains the side with Arne Engels and Luke McCowan coming into the team in place of Benji Nygren and Reo Hatate.

In attack, Daizen Maeda, Kelechi Iheanacho, and Seb Tounekti start in the front three.

Subs: Sinisalo, Nygren, Balikwisha, Kenny, Bernardo, Murray, Forrest, Donovan, Tierney.
