Team’s Up – Jota starts on sensational return to Paradise, Schlupp on bench

Brendan Rodgers has named his Celtic team for this evening’s Premiership match against Dundee and the Irishman has named Jota in his Starting XI. The game was postponed on January 25th after Storm Eowyn caused damage to the Celtic Park roof. The Scottish Champions go into the game knowing that three points can take them thirteen points clear.

Kasper Schmeichel starts in goals. The Dane has started in all of Celtic’s games this season.

Cameron Carter-Vickers and Auston Trusty start as the central pairing. Greg Taylor and Alistair Johnston start in the full back berths. New signing Jeffrey Schlupp will be looking to make his debut as he deputises for Taylor.

In midfield, Callum McGregor makes his 501st appearance for the club alongside Arne Engels and Reo Hatate.

Adam Idah starts through the middle with Daizen Maeda and Jota on the wing(s). Celtic fans will be eager to see the Superstar from Portugal upon his return to the club after he marked his second debut with a goal at Fir Park.

Subs: Sinisalo, Scales, Kühn, Yang, McCowan, Schlupp, Kenny, Bernardo, Ralston.
