Team’s Up – Michael Beale names side to face Celtic in Glasgow Derby

Michael Beale has named his Rangers team for this afternoon’s game against Celtic. The two sides meet in the Glasgow Derby with Ange Postecoglou’s side chasing three points, which would push Celtic towards a second successive title. The Scottish Champions hold a nine point gap at the summit of the Premiership table.

In goals, Allan McGregor starts. The veteran goalkeeper plays in front of a back four comprising of James Tavernier, John Souttar, Ben Davies and Borna Barisic.

In midfield, Ryan Jack, Todd Cantwell and Nikola Raskin start.

In attack, Alfredo Morelos starts through the middle. Malik Tilmann starts on the right and Ryan Kent starts on the left.

The teams have met twice in the Scottish Premiership already this season, with Celtic winning the previous fixture at Paradise 4-0 before a New Years draw at Ibrox. In the last meeting, the League Cup Final in February, Ange’s side won 2-1 thanks to a brace from Kyogo.
