Team’s Up – Oh starts, O’Riley and Hatate in middle

Ange Postecoglou has named his side for this afternoon’s game against Aberdeen. The Scottish Champions will be hoping to wrap up all three points against the visitors from the North East with second placed Rangers looking to cut the gap away to Livingston today.

In goals, Joe Hart continues. The Englishman was largely untroubled against St Mirren but conceded when Mark O’Hara put his penalty beyond him.

In defence, the settled back four of Greg Taylor at left back, Alistair Johnston at right back, Carl Starfelt with Cameron Carter-Vickers in the central pairing.

In the middle of the park, Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley start in the advanced No.8 roles. The pair were impressive in the Scottish Cup win over The Buddies and will start ahead of Celtic captain Callum McGregor in the holding role.

In attack, Kyogo Furuhashi is fit despite being forced off with a shoulder injury last week but he starts from the bench with Oh starting through the middle. The Japanese striker is joined by Jota on the flanks with Daizen Maeda starting on the other side.

On the bench: Scott Bain, Tobi Kobayashi, Tony Ralston, Tomori Iwata, Alexandro Bernabei, Sead Haksabanovic, James Forrest, Liel Abada, Kyogo.
