Team’s Up – Schmeichel and Kühn return as Celtic return to Paradise

Brendan Rodgers has named his Celtic team for this afternoon’s Scottish Premiership clash with Hibernian. The Scottish Champions return to Paradise after securing the title with a win at Dundee United before following the result up with a draw at Ibrox.

The manager hinted at rotation but there are just three changes from the starting XI at Ibrox with a change in goals, at the back and in attack.

Kasper Schmeichel returns to the team after an injury layoff as Vil Sinisalo returns to the bench after a successful period deputising.

At the back, Auston Trusty comes in for the injured Cameron Carter-Vickers to partner Liam Scales. Greg Taylor and Tony Ralston continue at full back.

Callum McGregor captains the side with Arne Engels and Reo Hatate in the middle of the park.

Adam Idah starts through the middle with Daizen Maeda on the left. Nicolas Kühn comes into the team for James Forrest.

Subs: Sinisalo, Yang, McCowan, Schlupp, Nawrocki, Kenny, Bernardo, Forrest & McArdle
