Celtic’s first ever foray into the Women’s Champions League continues this morning in the Norwegian city of Trondheim with the second match of the week, this time against experienced Champions League performers FK Minsk. After the 2-1 defeat to Levante Celtic already know that today’s match is their last one in the Champions League this season and they are looking at going out with a bang!

Fran Alonso told the Mixed Media Conference yesterday – including The Celtic Star – that he is going all out to get the club’s first ever win in this prestigious competition before the squad returns to Scotland to resume domestic competition.
The Celtic FC Women manager has named his team for the match that kicks off at 11am and is live on premier Sports 1 and is also being shown on Celtic TV.
The Celtic team to play FC Minsk is Logan, Bartle, Clark (captain), Hayes, Craig, Toland, Shen, Teegarden , Atkinson, Wellings and Donaldson.
On the bench Celtic have Johnstone, Shorts, Jacynta, Chance, Olafsdottir Gros, Pollard, Warrington, Bowie, R McAllister, P McAlliser, Burchill and McGovern.
