The Celts Are Here, The Celt Mag is Here

And just when you thought that “The Celt” magazine which had been going since 1983 had disappeared, I am pleased to tell you that it has resurrected itself on line.

Try theceltmag.tumblr.com for an agreeable mixture of irreverent humour mainly from a chap called Cyclops who has only one eye and who normally can only see two colours (green and white) and some serious historical stuff for pedants and geeks like your humble servant.

Produced by a man called George Sheridan who is neither pedantic nor bigoted (good heavens, no, I mean he used to be a teacher, so he’s bound to be all right!), The Celt, either on paper or on line is well worth a read by the discerning Celtic supporter. (Not that there are any other kinds, of course!)

The great news that The Celt is the latest addition to the Celtic Fans media in 2018 is very welcome indeed.

What a year it has been for the Celtic fans media.

We have seen the launch of this site – The Celtic Star, with its sister site, thecelticstarbookstore.co.uk

Then there’s the brilliant effort for the boys at Celtic Fans TV – who are there at the end of every game capturing the supporters opinions.

And there’s the new fans forum Celtic Noise which is proving to be a great place for Celtic supporters to chat and debate the issues of the day in a friendly fashion. It’s at celticnoise.com

These are very special times to support Celtic.
