At right back, Alistair Johnston and Tony Ralston continue their first choice, rotation option dance, with emerging talent Colby Donovan pushing for minutes after an impressive pre-season — a healthy mix of reliability and youth.
The drop of from Johnston to the rest is arguably too great, but it is also unlikely to be a position the recruitment team or the manager consider for a priority purchase in this transfer window.
