The Taste of Victory – Eden Mill release 9IAR themed gin for Celtic fans

CELTIC’S 9IAR triumph has resulted in many accolades being paid to Neil Lennon’s record-equalling side. The Irishman has successfully equaled Jock Stein’s record from 1974 and will be looking to build upon that next year, with the unprecedented 10IAR beckoning. The club have managed to sell some commemorative merchandise but none like that released by Eden Mill earlier today.

The Gin company have confirmed a collaboration with Celtic called the ‘9 gins of Celtic’. This pack included blends made by first team captain Scott Brown and Lenny’s liqueur but also pays tribute to the Double Treble, Treble Treble and Invincible Treble won in recent years. The distillers have previously released commemorative batches in-line with the clubs success.

The nine gins come in a commemorative box and will surely go down well with the Celtic support that are lucky to get their hands on one of the 5000 packs available.

Eden Mill CEO Tony Kelly said to the Scottish Sun that the gins told a story of the club’s journey over the last nine years as well as acting as a collectors item.

“We wanted to create something special to celebrate the spirit of Celtic’s nine in a row and with this we hope fans enjoy raising every glass of the collection to the team they love.

“Each gin has its own special story and marks a moment in the team’s journey over the past nine years.

“Once fans have devoured and enjoyed the miniatures we hope the box itself will become the perfect collector’s item, to hold memories alongside matchday tickets and programmes from past and future games.”

The box will be released tomorrow at 10am and is available from Eden Mill’s website. Hopefully we will be sat here this time next year with a 10IAR gin in the works.
