Sky Sports will broadcast their special end of season tribute show to the Scottish Premiership winners this evening and as is always the case – outside of a once in a lifetime global pandemic – this show is always all about Celtic…
Sky Sports have exclusive interviews with both Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers and club captain Callum McGregor as they look back on another memorable campaign that delivered the title at a canter, the League Cup via a dramatic penalty shoot-out win over theRangers but a defeat in the Scottish Cup final against Aberdeen in the same manner.
Still ‘two outa three aint bad’ and it’s a second consecutive double for Brendan Rodgers in his second spell back at the club. In the UEFA Champions League Celtic made substantial progress on recent years and seemed to settle well into the new format.
It will be interested to hear from both Brendan and Calmac this evening, with interviews that if memory serves me right, will have been filmed ahead of the Scottish Cup final. As Sky Sports don’t have the broadcast rights for the cup, they’ll obviously focus on the Scottish Premiership campaign.
Well worth a watch this, it on this evening at 7pm on Sky Sports Football.
