Tyrell Malacia would be a perfect fit for Celtic

Tyrell Malacia has been linked with a move to Celtic, but how credible that information is remains to be seen as the only link seems to be coming from Daily Record.

Any move would most likely be a temporary one due to financial demands, but it’s still one that has its merits and one that is well within our capabilities.

Malacia is an experienced defender and despite failing to feature regularly for the Red Devils he has a vast of experience in the Dutch top flight with Feyenoord and at international level for the Netherlands.

Malacia was linked with a move to Celtic in the January window but opted for loan spell back in the Netherlands with eventual Ederversie champions PSV.

Malacia is a natural athletic attack minded left back and that is just what we require as a challenger to Kieran Tierney for the rigmaroles of next season.

A loan move would be ideal and it would give us added strength and competition in the left back area which is badly needed due to the loss of Greg Taylor who opted to join Greek outfit PAOK and also factor injury history.
