Supporters get Green light to travel to Bayern. It is only right that we have not been denied the chance due to the actions of one person…

Celtic today confirmed that supporters are now free to make plans to travel to Munich after UEFA gave the green light for those wishing to travel to the Allianz Arena a week on Tuesday.
Fears were growing that the governing body would sanction a ban on travelling supporters after a flare was thrown onto the Villa Park pitch in the recent Champions league clash.
The punishment came in the shape of a €10,000 fine
However as revealed this morning the punishment came in the shape of a €10,000 fine, and although the money men at the club will be annoyed at that, it’s a big relief to those who wish to travel to Germany and also for Brendan Rodgers and the players to know that the Celtic support will be there to roar them on and give that unrivalled backing that the team gets anywhere that they go.

Celtic ultras NOT involved in Villa Park flare incident
This is great news when you consider our supporters faced the possible threat of being denied the chance to back the side in one of our biggest games in a decade, due to previous sanctions inflicted on the club after the flares in Dortmund which came from the Celtic ultras and the one pyro technic in Birmingham which did NOT come from the ultras supporters in the Green Brigade or Bhoys Celtic.
UEFA for once came to the right conclusion
UEFA for once came to the right conclusion, and let the supporters travel to back their team. We are the lifeblood of the game after all, and why should thousands suffer for the actions of one? Whether Celtic will sanction this supporter with a ban will probably never be known.

Message must be received loud and clear
However it has to be loud and clear to every supporters attending European games that UEFA could have banned our support and almost certainly will if this happens again. No pyros at European games is now an absolute must that must be heeded by all Celtic supporters whether from the ultra groups or those sitting in the corporate seats.
UEFA has given the Celtic support the benefit of the doubt this time but it will not work out this way next time. Ditch the flares in all European matches from now on or we will face stadium bans.
Just an Ordinary Bhoy

The rules and possible consequences were entirely understood by everyone except one idiot , who seems to think he’s somehow above his fellow supporters and the club itself. Had I been standing next to him, the least of his worries would be whether the club ban him, or not.
