Unique Angle – Lawton and McGregor are Celtic’s Head Ghirls

Emma Lawton and Shannon McGregor both scored with excellent headers in the Champions League Round two second leg against FK Vorskla Poltava to give Celtic FC Women a 2-0 win on the night and a 3-0 aggregate victory to take the Ghirls into the UEFA Women’s Champions League for the first time ever.

The draw was made earlier today and Celtic will take on the English Champions Chelsea, Spanish giants Real Madrid and Dutch side Twente with one match taking place at Celtic Park with the other two being played at New Douglas Park in Hamilton, the new home of Celtic FC Women.

The Celtic TV Unique Angle video captures the two gaols brilliantly and the roar from the crowd and also from the players, especially after the second goal, is an absolute joy. It’s the Celtic Noise!

Have a watch and a listen…
