Unique Angle Video – Why Celtic’s Hat-trick hero should do it again on Beautiful Sunday

CELTIC TV have released the Unique Angle Video from the 5-0 thrashing of St Mirren that takes Celtic with within a handful of wins to wrap up 9-in-a-row. Goals from Odsonne Edouard and a spot kick late in the game added to the Leigh Griffiths hat-trick as Celtic’s number 9 did all he can to convince Neil Lennon to play him at Ibrox on Sunday.

And of course Griff used his post match interviews to remind Lenny that he’s never lost a game he’s played for Celtic at Ibrox. Barring any training ground mishaps this week it looks likely that these three goals have done enough to convince his manager – who never lost faith in Griffiths at any stage – to start the on-form striker on Sunday.

And the Scotland manager Steve Clarke is likely to have been impressed too. He’ll be naming his squad shortly for the Euro play-off match or matches at the end of the month and he’ surely going to include Saturday’s hat-trick hero.

Maybe Leigh had better net another hat-trick in his next match just to be sure of that Scotland call-up. No point in taking chances Leigh, is there?

Here’s Celtic TV’s Unique Angle Video – enjoy!
