“Unplayable Moussa bullied their centre-halves,” Griffiths

LEIGH GRIFFITHS ON MOUSSA AND WRAPPING UP THE LEAGUE AT EASTER ROAD

“Moussa showed with that display that he is one of the top young talents in Europe.

“He bullied their centre-halves and he was unplayable, and his penalty just summed the guy up.

“It doesn’t matter how big the occasion is, he is always calm. I thought he was exceptional. He never gave the Rangers defence a minute’s peace. He has that in the locker and when he is in the mood like that he is a joy to watch.

“We want to go to Easter Road now and finish the league off. These have been really tough games for us this season against Hibs and they’ll make it hard for us.

“Everybody knows I am a Hibs fan but I play for Celtic and I want that league wrapped up as soon as possible. It would be perfect to go and get the goals to take me to the 100-mark at the same time.”

CALLUM McGREGOR ON SATURDAY’S MAGNIFICENT SEVEN CHANCE

“We just need to take it step by step. That’s why this group have been so good. We’ll go into this game on Saturday fully focused on trying to wrap up the league and get it finished. When the time comes, we’ll have that big day in May to finish it off.

“We know how difficult a game that’s going to be. In the last game there, we were 2-0 up and comfortable but almost lost it in the end. We need to guard against that sort of complacency. We have everything to play for. We’re going there to win this league and I think that in itself will give the players that extra edge that they need.

“You can see we have a special group of players and the manager is relentless. Every single day he demands 100 per cent and you can see that mind-set out there when we play.

“Even if we’re up by two, three or four goals we still always look to get another one. He’s come in and really changed the team and you can see that with the trophies that we’ve won.”
