Celtic lead St Mirren 1-0 after Leigh Griffiths popped up at the back post to open the scoring.
Neil Lennon’s men went into today’s game knowing that a win would take them 16 points clear of the nearest challengers, who play tomorrow.
Celtic got the opening goal with 18 minutes on the clock. Odsonne Edouard picked the ball up at the edge of the box and floated a tantalising ball to the back post, where Griffiths arrived to score the simple tap in.
