Video: 2-0 Celtic – Ajeti scores and then injured after poacher’s finish

ALBIAN AJETI has scored his sixth goal for Celtic after following up from a Moi Elyounoussi shot to send Celtic 2-0 up. The Swiss striker benefitted from Marciano’s parried shot and gave Neil Lennon’s men a two goal cushion on a sun-kissed Paradise.

Ryan Christie did well and appeared to be fouled in the box before the ball fell to Moi, who’s toe poked effort was saved by the goalkeeper but Ajeti made no mistake.

Worryingly, Ajeti was forced from the field following his goal, the striker appeared to be holding his hamstring and that will be a worry considering his blistering form since arriving for £5m from West Ham. Odsonne Edouard replaced the striker – not a bad replacement to have on the bench.
