Part 1 of a tremendous wee series as the Celtic View editor Paul Cuddihy brings together two Australian sporting legends – Ange Postecoglou and Shane Warne – to talk about their two sports. Warne is back in Australia currently commentating on the Ashes with Australia getting off to a great start in the first series against England while Ange is currently in the Scottish Highlands getting set to announce a makeshift Celtic side to take on Ross County in the Cinch Premiership this evening in what is a must win match for the Hoops.
The two Aussies talking football, more specifically Celtic and cricket is a great wee listen. Ange tells Warne that the fans are passionate about two things, Celtic and England losing at anything, so there’s plenty of support among the Celtic family for the Aussies in the Ashes.
Ange also reveals that he leaves the dressing room at Celtic Park shortly before kick-off to stand in the tunnel to enjoy the Celtic Fans signing You’ll Never Walk Alone. Part 2 to follow in due course, but here’s the first instalment….
