There were many emotional moments at Celtic’s Player of the Year event at the Hydro on Sunday evening as the club paid tribute to the stars of this season, seasons gone by and legends – such as David Potter. There was also an excellent moment that was unscripted as Joe Hart was celebrated by the Celtic support.
Matt O’Riley praised Hart after the pair competed for the Players Player of the Year award, which the Dane won. However, this resulted in host Des Clarke inviting the Celtic No.1 to share the stage and take the acclaim of the support.
Thanks to ‘The Fast Lovin’, Sin-soaked Heathen’ on YouTube, fans were able to relive the emotional moment that saw the 37-year-old lost for words.
