Celtic defender Maik Nawrocki has made a surprise appearance at iconic Celtic pub The Brazenhead. The Polish centre back has struggled with injuries since joining from Legia Warsaw but has appeared to have impressive attributes.

Now, the 23-year-old has been pictured by the official Brazenhead account after making a flying visit.

Nawrocki will be hoping to be involved on Sunday as Celtic travel to Ibrox to face theRangers. Liam Scales and Cameron Carter-Vickers appear to be the first picks under Brendan Rodgers but the £4m acquisition from Poland will be hoping he can force his way into the starting XI.

Last season, Jota made the trip to the pub and was pictured while wearing an iconic Celtic retro jersey, as we reported HERE on The Celtic Star.
