Video: Celtic go ahead at Tannadice after own goal

Celtic have gone ahead at Tannadice as Brendan Rodgers’ side look to secure the title. It may have been an own goal but it doesn’t matter for the Champions-elect.

Liam Scales won the header after an Arne Engels cross was whipped into the box. The Irishman’s header fell to the back post where Jota waited to tap the ball in beyond Jack Walton.

In anticipation of that, Strain stuck his leg out and the ball hit his shin before ending up in the net as Celtic look to get across the line.

Brendan’s team have history on their side in this fixture. Celtic are unbeaten in 22 games against United, going back to December 2014. They need just a point to secure the league but will want to get the three points in style.
