Celtic trained at Paradise earlier today before jetting to Madrid ahead of Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid. The La Liga side were in Glasgow a fortnight ago and were lucky to escape with a point after an impressive showing from Brendan Rodgers’ side; however, Celtic will face a difficult task when the teams meet on Matchday Four.
The Scottish Champions trained at Celtic Park before taking a flight to the Spanish Capital.
Celtic will be hoping that they can replicate the performance levels from the first game and make things difficult for their hosts. Atletico were beaten 2-1 away to Las Palmas at the weekend whilst Rodgers’ team racked up an impressive 3-0 win against Ross County in Dingwall.
