Video: Celtic youngster in unprofessional social media post

ARMSTRONG OKOFLEX could land himself in hot water with Celtic after posting a Tiktok of himself in full club kit, criticising the coach’s decision not to play him. Whilst it is not a direct attack at Neil Lennon, it is a shocking and unprofessional thing for an employee of the club to post after such a poor weekend on the playing front.

The 18-year-old should probably focus more on playing than social media as it doesn’t reflect well on him. Call it inexperience or naivety but Okoflex has acted in a shockingly unprofessional manner and the club should look to impose a sanction on him that tells others this is unacceptable.

Okoflex joined the club in September 2018 and was given his first sample of first team football under Brendan Rodgers when he was named on the bench for the late win over Killie in Feb 2019.

The problem may be that there is no reserve football for players like Okoflex but either way, he should really stay away from social media and focus on playing instead of trying to be funny.

The standards at the football club are falling dramatically and something needs to be done immediately to address this or else it won’t be Celtic winning the league in May.
