Video: Celtic’s absolute lack of defensive cohesion highlighted as Ross County take shock lead

You always had to fear that Celtic might be made to pay for some of the missed chances earlier in the game, and it almost felt like this was coming.

They’ve looked fragile in defence all season and set pieces are a real issue, so this pretty much sums them up just now as everyone turns to look at each other in attempt to shift the blame:

Jordan White is a fairly limited player but he’s big, physical and good in the air, so it’s probably not the best idea to give him the freedom of the box to pick his spot.

It looks like Laxalt starts to pick him up but he then drops off to get someone else and Scott Brown is in the area, but it’s just another piece of horrible communication from the team.

It does look like this is Laxalt’s fault but the fact that he’s on one of Ross County’s tallest players is an absolute nonsense to begin with, and it pretty much sums up the season.
