Video: Celtic’s Impressive Loan Bhoy Luca Connell scores this cracker

Luca Connell is making quite a name for himself and is clearing enjoying his football at League Two Champions Queen’s Park. His assist earlier in the away win against Stirling Albion was followed up with the on loan Celtic midfielder finding the back of the net last night against Edinburgh City.

As always thanks to Celtic Loan Highlights who does an outstanding job monitoring the numerous Celtic players out on loan at the moment.

Luca Connell is surely a player who perhaps should have had some game time under Neil Lennon but the decision to get him and many of the other fringe and academy players out on loan to get competitive action in this stop-start season for young players is clearly sensible.

Connell is certainly one to watch for next season. “Wand of a left foot,” the Queen’s Park commentator notes…
