GAVIN STRACHAN gave his first interview since doing as first team coach to Neil Lennon and John Kennedy earlier this week. The ex-Peterborough assistant manager has replaced Damien Duff as the Celtic first team coach and admitted that he was delighted to get started with a session today.
The interview covers the aims of Strachan, which centre upon improving this current group of players and achieving 10IAR.

As the son of Gordon and former colleague of Darren Ferguson, Strachan will know just how important following on from a successful father is. Strachan was in Glasgow signing the relevant paperwork as he begins to prepare for his role as Celtic first team coach.
